During the outing, Kate and Prince William met a young lady who was spruced up like a princess in a blue dress — who happened to crash the Prince of Wales’ discourse!
The couple laughed as the young lady approached them in the center of William talking, as found in a video posted on Twitter by Greatest Hits Radio Yorkshire Coast.
William said, “For Cathrine and I, the legacy of today, bringing individuals together and collaborating, showing what can be done when a local area helps together collaboratively is something we might want to follow on and I trust can be addressed all the more broadly across the country.”

The couple then headed outside, where they invested energy meeting individuals from general society — and posing for a couple of selfies.
The outing marked Kate’s first open engagement in quite a while. The Prince and Princess of Wales had some time off from royal outings in late October as their three kids — Prince George, 9,

He later attended the Royal Africa Society’s biennial film festival, Film Africa, in London, where 48 movies from 16 nations played across seven settings.
Prince William became patron of the Royal African Culture in December 2016 after his grandmother Sovereign Elizabeth passed down the patronage.
